Salon Policies

We strive to provide the best possible service and experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment may be subject to a fee.

Fees
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Repeat Cancellations
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits
For appointments that are three hours or longer, we require a deposit of $150 at the time of booking. Longer appointments require significant time and resources. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. The deposit helps us secure your appointment and manage our schedule efficiently.
